The bed was comfortable enough.

The breakfast area became chaotic. The coffee machine malfunctioned, dispensing only hot, frothy water and milk initially. Then staff failed to keep up with supplying mugs and milk. It was frustrating.

the king size bed was comfortable and the tv on the wall was big. i found clean fresh towels daily and i enjoyed the led lights around the bed. the staff were friendly and helpful so it was a wonderful experience.

i found the hotel, but the postcode on my navigation didn't take me directly to the entrance.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. It had two double beds, a bath with shower, and tea making facilities. An iron and ironing board were also present (very convenient). I had a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the canal. The gym had modern equipment.

The bar seemed understaffed during a busy evening.

The front desk staff was totally awesome. The breakfast choice was excellent too. I'm happy the gym was directly professional. I have been swimming in the indoor pool every day!

My room card, it didn't work the next day, oh no! The restaurant was appalling and food was inedible, oh no! I checked out a day early because of this, disaster!
